RF455-043 GameServer Loot Table Reload time

AS for today when the Server Starts it gives little time for the loot table to Load up, up to 10s, The thing is: if you running on a HDD, it may be too little time for it to load it, so the Loot Table will fail to load.

My suggestion is for that Time Limit to be Expanded , turned into a Parameter that can be manually configurated, so it doesnt fail to load the Loot Table under low end specs.
