DS-011 When you accept the 'DinnerTime' quest, it is marked as 'Complete' (with version 0.1.1) without me having talked to the 3 NPCs

To test, I put back version 0.1.0. I accept the quest, I go talk to the 3 NPCs, and then I go back to talk to Qiao Shuyan to complete it. With version 0.1.1, I take the quest, the server acts like I've already gone to see the 3 NPCs, and I can complete it right away.
