DS-013 Skill Points disappear when you log out.

I created a character. I did a few quests and reached level 7. I had 3 Skill Points. I logged out then logged back in, and I have 0 Skill Points, the 3 points are gone. I don't see the skill_points column in the ds_role table (or anywhere else in the DB).
