DS-017 The "Energy Pills" Event can't be completed on Map 10004

The "Energy Pills" event can't be completed on map 10004 because the NPC Guan Changyu isn't in its location (he's not in the "monster_config10004.xml" file): coordinates 875, 764 The event can be completed for the other 7 kingdoms, I checked, it is indeed in the files "monster_config1000x.xml".
