DS-022 The Guild's 'Donation' system uses up all of the character's Silver Coins at once

My character has 40,000 Silver Coins. I talk to the NPC Murong Feng, I click on "[Guild]Guild Donation" and then on "Guild Donation". The Guild is credited with 4 Contribution points and 2 Reputation points, and the character ends up with 1,400 Silver Coins. I tried it when the character had 50 million Silver Coins, it gave 10 Contribution points and the character still ended up with 1,400 Silver Coins. The Server shouldn't use up all the Silver Coins at once. The formula for calculating Contribution points and Reputation points isn't right : the Guild is level 1, it should give 1 Contribution point and 1 Reputation point for 4000 Silver Coins.
