RF15-102 Grades Point System Not Working

In 1.5, we have Grades: Nation Grade, Battle Grade, Hunting Grade, Honour Grade, and Contribution Point Grade. These are increased by gaining specific types of points from different activities, such as Contribution Points, Hunting Points, Guild Wars, Chip Wars, and others.

We cannot gain any points in any of the Grades except Battle Grade. If we reach 100% and go to the Race Leader and press Rank Up, nothing happens, and we receive this log:
