RF2232-495 Several Cash Potion not working and... Ability Point

Testing 0.8.0 Tried making annihilator Class, raising its PT using %allskills. But Shield and Melee point is stuck at 60/66 on lv 61, even when i activate max PT setting on control panel, it still stuck. Next, on Grazier class, Summon PT Stuck at 98/99 on lv 61 and %allskills doesn't maxout its force item level. edit : it happened on Zealot too, haha. Its range PT stuck at 60/66 , Summon PT 98/99

Next, cash item potion like Hissy Potion, ClassRedefine Capsule, and NameChange Potion, Original Place Revival, favored cure, etc seems not working as intended, sme giving errors like "selected potion is not effective", some just no effect at all.
