RF455-080 ASPD Decreased

Workaround found: logging in with a different character first, then switching back, restores the correct ranged attack speed on the Armor Rider. Relogging directly into the same character keeps the wrong value. Restarting the server deceeasing back the attack speed and need to relogin. This suggests some stat or cache state isn’t being reset between logins of the same character.
