RF455-103 Regular Player Accounts Incorrectly Recognized as GM Accounts

The client incorrectly identifies regular player accounts as GM (Game Master) accounts. As a result, these accounts do not have a FireGuard password prompt, and the visual display of the area-of-effect radius is enabled.
