RF455-111 Monsters Can Apply Debuffs and Remove Buffs on Players Inside MAUs

Monsters should not be able to apply debuffs to or remove buffs from characters currently piloting a MAU.

Additionally, if a character has an active debuff before entering a MAU, the debuff's effects should no longer affect the character while inside the MAU.

Actual Behavior:

Monsters can apply debuffs to characters piloting a MAU. Monsters can remove active buffs from characters piloting a MAU. Debuffs applied before entering a MAU continue to affect the character after entering it.

Expected Behavior:

Characters piloting a MAU should be immune to monster-applied debuffs and buff removal. Any debuffs already active before entering a MAU should cease affecting the character while they are inside it. These restrictions should remain in effect for the entire time the character is piloting the MAU.
