MAU PT Stuck at 98/99 After Using %lv and %allskills GM Commands

Description:

Under certain circumstances, MAU proficiency (PT) becomes stuck at 98/99 after increasing a character's level, completing both class promotions, and using the %allskills GM command.

As a result, the character cannot access MAU parts that require the appropriate proficiency level, including level 45+ MAU parts.

The exact conditions that trigger the issue have not yet been identified. The problem appears to occur intermittently.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new GM character for the Bellato MAU class path.
2. Log into the game.
3. Increase the character's level using the following GM commands sequentially:
   • %lv 29
   • %lv 30
   • %lv 39
   • %lv 40
   • %lv 81
4. Complete both class promotions.
5. Execute the GM command %allskills.
6. Open the character's proficiency (PT) window.
7. Check the MAU proficiency value.
8. Attempt to access or equip level 45+ MAU parts.

Actual Result:

• In some cases, MAU PT becomes 98/99 instead of reaching its intended maximum.
• The character does not meet the proficiency requirements for certain MAU parts.
• Level 45+ MAU parts remain unavailable despite the high character level and completed class promotions.
• The issue does not occur consistently, and the exact trigger is currently unknown.

Expected Result:

The %allskills GM command should correctly update all applicable proficiency values, including MAU PT.

After reaching the required level, completing the appropriate class promotions, and receiving the required proficiency, the character should be able to access the corresponding MAU parts.
