RF455-135 The premium pass causes the ranged weapon's attack speed to be reduced.

To observe :

• Create a char, see character status "c" (especially attack speed)
• equip any range weapon
• notice it's atk speed around 0.44
• use fast reload, it's atck speed changed to 0.68

Steps to reproduce :

• With the same character, it doesn't matter whether you equip it or not. But for the sake of "same steps", let's unequip the weapon.
• buy premium pass (or pass it with command)
• relog (logout - login)
• see character status
• equip range weapon, notice it's around 0.30
• use fast reload, it's attack speed changed to 0.44

Expectations : Premium pass shouldn't be causing attack speed to be reduced.

Close range weapon not affected, only the character that holds a premium pass is affected.
