RF455-138 Jet Ski Mount Rubber Banding / Teleporting Back to Previous Position

Affected Feature: Jet Ski Mount

Issue Description:

I'm experiencing a rubber-banding issue specifically when riding a Jet Ski mount.

While riding the Jet Ski, my character can move forward, but suddenly teleports back to a previous location.

Actual Behavior:

Character movement works normally when not using the Jet Ski.

The rubber-banding issue occurs while riding the Jet Ski.

After traveling a certain distance, the character suddenly snaps back to its previous position.

This makes traveling with the Jet Ski difficult.

Expected Behavior:

The Jet Ski should move smoothly without unexpected position resets or teleportation. The server should correctly synchronize the mounted character's position with the client.

Possible Cause:

There may be an issue with mounted movement synchronization, Jet Ski movement speed validation, or server-side position updates.
