RF455-143 Four-Piece Elemental Set Bonus Not Working

Issue: Equipping all four pieces of the Elemental Set does not activate the expected set bonus or effect.

Expected: The appropriate bonus should activate when all four required pieces are equipped.

Request: Please check the set bonus requirements, effect registration, and stat application.
