RF455-153 Processing Rare Ore on "ORE" and "GEM COLLECTOR" NPC give wrong output

tested:

• When processing "Glowing Crafted Ore" and process it on ORE NPC it should give "Sparkling Gem"
• When processing on GEM COLLECTOR should give correct gift box
• When recycling empty box should give correct gift box

what happened:

• all of them gives "Default Bellato Male Shirt 1" instead (and this item cant be drop or sold, workaround relog to remove item)
