Get an official RF Online client ready for a private server, in one drop.
The retail RF Online clients were made for their publishers' own services, and some stop before the login screen because of a check no private server can satisfy: an expired build date, an anti-cheat service that cannot start, a second copy refused. GoMMO Client Patcher recognises the build you give it, switches on the fixes that build needs, shows every byte it changes, and backs the file up first. It is for the official clients only; GoMMO Client needs no patching.

No PowerShell, no commands
Open it and drop RF_Online.bin, or the client folder, on its window, or drop the file on the program itself. It replaces the clientpatcher.ps1 script the RF bundles used to carry.
Knows which build it is
It identifies the client by its exact bytes and switches on the fixes that build needs. A file it does not recognise is refused and left untouched.
Shows what it changes
Under each fix, What it changes lists every offset in the file with the bytes before and after, so you know what happens to your program before you press anything.
Undo any time
It backs the file up before every write, and Restore original puts back every byte as the build shipped.

Questions
Which client does my server need?
The Game Clients page in the RF Online documentation names the build each server speaks to, how to check you have it, and what the patcher switches off in each.
Can I undo it?
Yes. Restore original puts the bytes back as the build shipped, and every write leaves a dated backup of RF_Online.bin beside it.
Windows says it cannot write to the file.
The client is probably under Program Files. The patcher offers Run as administrator, which asks Windows for permission and opens the same file again.
Where do I report a problem?
On the bug form, under GoMMO Client Patcher. Say which client build you gave it.
