Dress-up

The Dress-up tab appears for player characters. Each body part and slot has its own list: helmet, upper body, lower body, gloves, boots, weapon, shield, hair and face, depending on the game. Choose an entry to put it on, and the model rebuilds wearing it. Reset outfit takes everything off again.

Long lists have a search box: type part of a name to find it.

If the open model is not a character, the tab offers the characters you can dress, as buttons.

Upgrade effects

On RF Online, weapons and armour glow and throw off particles as they are upgraded. When the open model or outfit has upgrade effects, an Upgrade control appears on the Dress-up tab and under Effects on the Scene tab: pick a level from +0 to +7, or an animus level for animus, and the glow and particles change to match.

Under Effects on the Scene tab:

  • Show effects turns all of them on and off.
  • The list names each attached effect, the part of the model it sits on, and whether it is drawn; an effect the client does not have is marked as missing.

Effects pause and step with the animation.
