GoMMO Studio is one window for building and dressing an MMO world. Open a game client or a world folder and you can edit its maps, look at every character, creature and item in it, dig through its archives and recolour its textures, then put all of it into the game with one Install.
It works with:
- MMO Worlds: an open folder format for your own game, built over glTF, OBJ and FBX models;
- Gate to Heavens and Gate to Heavens Classic;
- every RF Online version from 1.0.5 to 4.55, including RF Online 1.5;
- World of Kung Fu.
Download it from the GoMMO Studio page. New to it? Read Installing and updating and then The workbench.
What's in Studio
- The map editor places and edits what a world holds: monster spawns, NPCs, portals, regions, walls, lights, sounds and props, with the creature itself standing at every spawn.
- The model viewer turns any model around, plays its animations, dresses characters, plays RF Online's spell effects, and saves screenshots, GIFs and glTF files.
- Packs opens the client's archives so you can find, extract and repack the files inside them.
- Texture recolour changes a texture's colours and saves it back in the game's own format, live on the model while you work.
- The Server panel runs the game server you linked, so you can walk into your changes.
- Projects keep every edit apart from the game until you choose Install, which backs up each file it replaces and can put them all back.
